The primary use of this information is to implement the International Affairs Personnel program managed by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency through the Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management. Collection of this information is voluntary and is under OSD Privacy Act Systems Notice DSCA-01, International Affairs Personnel Initiatives Database (IAPID).
